The cooling system comprises acooling device, a cold water box and a first refrigerator. The electromagnetic valve system comprises a first two-position and two-way electromagnetic valve, a second two-position and two-way electromagnetic valve, a third two-position and two-way electromagnetic valve and a fourth two-position and two-way electromagnetic valve. The circulation pressure maintaining system comprises a pressure-maintained transferring system and a secondary pressure-maintained transferring system. According to the cooling-circulation pressure maintaining system provided with the two hydraulic pumps and used forpressure-maintained transferring, the functions of pressure maintaining and temperature control of natural gas hydrate samples are integrated, the two most important parameters for in-situ maintaining of the natural gas hydrate samples are ingeniously controlled, and the cooling-circulation pressure maintaining system is high in novelty and has important reference significance for subsequent designing of a natural gas hydrate sample transferring system.
