Abstract

The invention discloses an industrial flow balancing system which comprises cooling towers, water circulating pumps, an industrial hydraulic balancing device, rectifying towers, electric control valves, longitudinal equivalent pass pipes, pressure sensors P and temperature sensors T. The system can equalize a flow of an industrial circulating system when the quantity of rectifying tower devices isgreater than one. The invention further discloses a matching method of the industrial flow balancing system. The method adopts a longitudinal equivalent pass structure; pipe diameters of an equivalent pass pipe network are calculated by a calculation formula; and an actual flow requirement is determined. Openings of the electric control valves are adjusted and controlled in real time according toa flow balancing situation of the rectifying tower devices and a current operating load; and the system completely solves the problems of high system redundancy, high system energy consumption, highenergy loss, low product quality and the like caused by the unbalanced industrial cooling water flow.
