Problems solved by technology

[0009] At present, buttonhole puncture is the mainstream puncture method, but the key point is to require the same puncture point and the same puncture angle. Due to the high puncture requirements, it is difficult for novice medical staff to master the puncture, especially the puncture angle. Once there is a deviation, the patient will feel particularly painful. And will cause the blood vessel wall to ooze, the current restrictor clamp only has open and closed states, and there is no semi-closed state, and the flexibility is low. Therefore, an improved technology is urgently needed to solve this problem existing in the prior art. question

Embodiment 1

[0050] Impaled person: Wang XX, 73 years old

[0051] Step 1: Press the catheter into the connection seat of the angle indicator, and push the angle indicator forward to the place where the sleeve is connected to the catheter;

[0052] Step 2: Hold the turning handle, insert it for the first time, select a sharp needle, and insert the sharp needle into the vein by observing the blood backflow. At this time, the bubble in the recording angle display is at the position of the scale;

[0053] Step 3: Afterwards, still use a sharp needle, and after using it 5 times again, a tunnel is formed, and the needle can be inserted into the vein smoothly through the angle display;

[0054] Step 4: When the needle-hole tunnel is formed, a blunt needle is used for insertion, and the angle can be observed through the angle monitor, and the vein can be inserted smoothly through the tunnel left by the sharp needle.

[0055] No bleeding occurred.

Embodiment 2

[0057] Impaled person: Yu X, 63 years old

[0058] Step 1: Press the catheter into the connection seat of the angle indicator, and push the angle indicator forward to the place where the sleeve is connected to the catheter;

[0059] Step 2: Hold the turning handle, insert it for the first time, select a sharp needle, and insert the sharp needle into the vein by observing the blood backflow. At this time, the bubble in the recording angle display is at the position of the scale;

[0060] Step 3: Afterwards, sharp needles are still used, and after 12 uses again, a tunnel is formed, and the needle can be inserted into the vein smoothly through the angle display;

[0061] Step 4: When the needle-hole tunnel is formed, a blunt needle is used for insertion, and the angle can be observed through the angle monitor, and the vein can be inserted smoothly through the tunnel left by the sharp needle.

[0062] No bleeding occurred.

Embodiment 3

[0064] Person impaled: Liu X, 65 years old

[0065] Step 1: Press the catheter into the connection seat of the angle indicator, and push the angle indicator forward to the place where the sleeve is connected to the catheter;

[0066] Step 2: Hold the turning handle, insert it for the first time, select a sharp needle, and insert the sharp needle into the vein by observing the blood backflow. At this time, the bubble in the recording angle display is at the position of the scale;

[0067] Step 3: Still use the sharp needle afterwards, and after using it 9 times again, the tunnel is formed, and the needle can be inserted into the vein smoothly through the angle display;

[0068] Step 4: When the needle-hole tunnel is formed, a blunt needle is used for insertion, and the angle can be observed through the angle monitor, and the vein can be inserted smoothly through the tunnel left by the sharp needle.

[0069] No bleeding occurred.

Abstract

The invention discloses an internal fistula puncture needle for hemodialysis with a function of displaying horizontal angles and an application method thereof. The needle comprises a needle head, a cannula, a sleeve, a connecting rod, a rotary handle, a catheter, a joint, a heparin cap, an angle display device and a limiting clamp. One end of the needle head is connected with the cannula. The sleeve is fixedly arranged outside the cannula. Outside of the sleeve is connected with the connecting rod. One end, departing from one end connected with the sleeve, of the connecting rod is connected with the rotary handle. One end of the catheter is connected with one end, departing from the needle head, of the cannula. The other end of the catheter is connected with the joint. One end, departing from the catheter, of the joint is connected with the heparin cap. The angle display device and the limiting clamp are movably installed on the surface outside the catheter. The puncture process is more accurate because angles of puncture each time are consistent. When a blunt needle is used for puncture in the later period, puncture angles each time are consistent. Therefore, a patient feels lesspainful. Additionally, the probability of vascular walls is decreased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of puncture needles, in particular to a puncture needle for hemodialysis internal fistula displaying a horizontal angle and a use method thereof. Background technique [0002] Hemodialysis is one of the renal replacement therapies for patients with acute and chronic renal failure. It drains the blood from the body to the outside of the body, and passes through a dialyzer composed of countless hollow fibers. The whole process of exchanging substances with the principle of convection, removing metabolic waste in the body, maintaining electrolyte and acid-base balance; at the same time removing excess water in the body, and returning the purified blood is called hemodialysis. [0003] Autogenous arteriovenous fistula is a kind of vascular access for end-stage renal disease (End-Stage Renal Disease, ESRD, namely uremia) patients with hemodialysis treatment. Vascular access, on the other hand, is a way to conti...
