The isolated organ perfusion, preservation and transfer system comprises a preservation box and a supporting device connected with the preservation box; a temperature control pool, a circulating pool arranged in the temperature control pool as well as circulating pipelines communicated with the top and the bottomof the circulating pool correspondingly are arranged in the preservation box; the circulating pipelines comprise a first pipeline and a second pipeline which are not communicated with each other; peristaltic pumps, pressure sensors, flow sensors, oxygenators and the like are arranged on the first pipeline and the second pipeline; the supporting device comprises a bottom plate and a foldable bracket arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate; and one end, far away from the bottom plate, of the foldable bracket is connected with the preservation box.
