The device comprises a pipeline and a detection box, a first pushing box is communicated on each of two sides of the detection box, a partition is fixedly connected inside the detection box, an elastic filmis fixedly connected between the top of the partition and the top of an inner cavity of the detection box, and a laser transmitter is fixedly connected at the top of the partition and positioned inside the elastic film.
