Abstract

A telescopic cylinder for driving the dam body to overturn is arranged on the back side of the dam body. The bottom shaft is arranged at the bottom of the dam body. The bottom shaft is of a hollow structure with a through hole inside. The sleeve core is installed in the through hole of the bottom shaft. The sleeve core is of a hollow structure with a sleeve core center hole inside. A guide groove is arranged on periphery of the sleeve core and extends in the circumferential direction of the sleeve core. The guide groove communicates with the sleeve core center hole. The rotary sleeve is rotationally installed on thesleeve core. An air inlet hole communicating with the rotary sleeve center hole is formed in the periphery of the rotary sleeve. In the relative rotation process of the sleeve core and the rotary sleeve, the air inlet hole communicates with the guide groove all the time. The air inlet pipe penetrates through the bottom shaft and is connected with the air inlet hole of the rotary sleeve. The air outlet is formed in the periphery of the bottom shaft and communicates with the through hole of the bottom shaft.
