Problems solved by technology

Because chickens have a short digestive tract and a special excretion mode of combining feces and urine, resulting in thick excrement, rich nutrients, and high nitrogen content, some studies have shown that NH in chicken manure fermentation liquid 4 + -N is 15 times that of cow manure, 4 times that of pig manure, and the inherent flora in chicken manure is also different from that of other livestock manures, and there is no high-efficiency compound microorganism for reducing ammonia release during chicken manure composting fermentation Bacteria

[0026] In a large-scale chicken farm in Jiangxia District, Wuhan City, which has harmless treatment equipment for chicken manure trough composting, 50ml of fresh chicken manure and fermented materials in different composting periods (heating period, high temperature period and decomposing period) were collected. After mixing the samples, take 30ml and place them in a closed environment with high ammonia gas concentration to acclimatize the microorganisms in the samples, and the acclimatization period is 15 days. During the acclimatization process, the samples were turned daily, and the humidity of the samples was maintained by water addition.

Abstract

The invention provides a composite microbial bacterial agent for reducing the release of ammonia gas in chicken manure composting, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of microorganisms. The composite microbial agent consists of Pantoea agglomerans ( Pantoea agglomerans ) HAAS‑1, Nubi anaerobic bacillus ( Anoxybacillus rupiensis ) HAAS‑2 and Enterobacter aerogenes ( Enterobacter aerogenes ) HAAS‑3 composition. The composite bacterial agent of the present invention can effectively reduce the ammonia production in the chicken manure composting process. When the compound bacterial agent is added in an amount of 2.5% of the weight of the pile, the total release of ammonia can be reduced in the first 15 days of composting fermentation. The reduction is more than 65%, and the composite microbial agent of the present invention is used for the removal of ammonia in chicken manure composting, which is simple to use, low in cost and free from secondary pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms, and in particular relates to a composite microbial bacterial agent for reducing the ammonia gas produced in chicken manure composting and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of the scale and facilities of my country's animal husbandry, the scale of livestock and poultry breeding has gradually expanded. Therefore, the centralized treatment and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure has become a problem faced by livestock and poultry farming. During the aerobic composting of livestock and poultry manure, a large amount of odor is produced, which affects the life and health of the surrounding residents. It is currently a hot spot of complaints from livestock breeding enterprises. Because the physiological structure of birds is different from that of mammals, they have the characteristics of short digestive tract, low utiliz...
