The system comprises an RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol) camera, a proxy server,a client and a cloud server; wherein the proxy server is connected with the cloud server and used for establishing a first communication channel therebetween; the RTSP camera is connected with the proxy server and used for establishing a second communication channel therebetween; and the client is connected with the cloud server and used for establishing a third communication channel therebetween.
