Abstract

The invention discloses a method for high-density culture of endophytic bacteria of psidium guajava leaves. The method comprises the following steps: (1) drying the psidium guajava leaves, processingthe dried psidium guajava leaves into powder, and conducting sterilizing processing, so as to obtain pre-processed psidium guajava leaf powder; (2) activating endophytic bacteria; (3) inoculating a solid medium containing the pre-processed psidium guajava leaf powder obtained in the step (1) with the activated endophytic bacteria, and implementing culture, so as to obtain a co-culture product; (4)inoculating endophytic bacterium seed liquid which is cultivated in a liquid medium with the co-culture product obtained in the step (3); and (5) adding the endophytic bacterium seed liquid and a liquid medium containing a phosphorus source to a fermentation tank, and implementing high-density culture, so that high-density psidium guajava leaf endophytic bacteria are obtained.
