The amino acid self-thickening system provided by the invention presents very excellent thickening performance when the total use amount of sodium lauroyl sarcosine and cocamidopropylamine oxide reaches 16% or above of the weight of the system and the use amount of alkyl glycoside reaches 30% or above of the weight of the system.
