The transformer insulation state monitoring system comprises an operating condition analysis unit, an electric quantity analysis unit and a non electric quantity analysis unit, wherein the operating condition analysis unit is used to analyze the obtained operating state information and the fault state information of a transformer, and identify the operating condition of the transformer and the occurred abnormal event of the transformer; the electric quantity analysis unit is used to analyze the each obtained electric quantity of state of the transformer, so as to determine the transient operating condition experienced by the transformer; the non electric quantity analysis unit is used to analyze the each obtained nonelectric quantity of state of the transformer, so as to determine whether the transformer is abnormal; every two of the operating condition analysis unit, the electric quantity analysis unit and the non electric quantity analysis unit are connected to each other through a CAN bus and Ethernet respectively; and the operating condition analysis unit, the electric quantity analysis unit or the non electric quantity analysis unit synchronizes the abnormal events of the transformer to the other two analysis units through the CAN bus, so as to realize highly reliable monitoring of the transformer insulation state.
