The method includes: monitoring, in real time, tire pressure, temperature, load, mileage, distance and speed change information; using blowout detection and pre-judging modules to classify and handle vehicle tire blowouts according to the real-time monitored information; if it is judged that a blowout is about to occur, using a blowout time point prediction formula to calculate a blowout time point, and activating a vehicle body stabilizing unit, a deceleration unit and a warning unit to control the vehicle body when the time point is up, to be specific, limiting turning angle of a steering wheel, providing opposite torque to stabilize the vehicle body, controlling engine idlespeed and an accelerator to decrease the speed, and warning a driver about blowout notices; if it is judged that a blowout already occurs, immediately activating the above three units to control the vehicle body.
