Embodiment Construction

[0033] figure 1 Motor vehicle transmission 10 in a schematically illustrated drive train 12 is shown. Drive engine 14 is shown schematically here as an internal combustion engine. It is to be understood that electric motors, hybrid units or other known drive motors can also be used.

[0034] Drive engine 14 is connectable via a clutch device 16 to an input of motor vehicle transmission 10 . With the clutch device 16 engaged, the input shaft 18 of the motor vehicle transmission 10 is driven by the drive motor 14 . The output shaft of the motor vehicle transmission is indicated with 20 .

[0035] The input shaft 18 is arranged parallel to the countershaft 22 of the motor vehicle transmission 10 and is connected to the countershaft 22 via a plurality of wheel sets, which each have at least one loose gear 24 and a fixed gear 26 .

[0036] The layshaft 22 is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to an output shaft 20 , wherein the output shaft 20 is connected via a different...

Abstract

Motor vehicle transmission (10) for longitudinal installation in a motor vehicle, comprising an input shaft arrangement (18) which can be connected to an output element (68) of a coupling assembly (16) of a motor vehicle. The motor vehicle transmission (10) further comprises an output shaft (20) which can be connected to the drive wheels (30-R, 30-L) or a differential, and a countershaft (22), which is arranged parallel to the input shaft assembly (18), and a plurality of wheelsets (24 / 26, 24 / 64 / 66, 24 / 64) for setting gear stages (R;1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7), wherein the wheelsets (24 / 26, 24 / 64 / 66,24 / 64) are each installed on two of the shafts (18, 20, 22) and can be switched by means of respective clutches (36) which are at least partially combined into clutch packets (70). The motor vehicletransmission (10) is further designed with a housing (54), in which the shafts (18, 20, 22) and the wheelsets (24 / 26, 24 / 64 / 66, 24 / 64) are accommodated, and a bearing arrangement (32a, 32b, 32c, 32d,32e, 32f, 32g) for mounting the shafts (18, 20, 22) on the housing (54), which bearing arrangement is designed such that by means of the said bearing arrangement (32a, 32b, 32c, 32d, 32e, 32f, 32g) afirst variant and a second variant of the motor vehicle transmission (10) can equally be constructed, wherein the motor vehicle transmission (10) can be constructed in the first variant with a first number of forward gear stages (1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6) and can be constructed in the second variant with a further forward gear stage (7), wherein the wheelset pairs (24 / 26, 24 / 64 / 66, 24 / 64) and the associated clutch packets (70) are selected in both variants in such a way that manual shifting is possible.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a motor vehicle transmission for longitudinal installation in a motor vehicle, which has an input shaft device which can be connected to an output element of a clutch device of the motor vehicle, an output shaft which can connection to the drive wheels or to the differential; a countershaft arranged parallel to the input shaft arrangement; a plurality of wheel sets for establishing the gear stages, wherein the wheel sets are respectively supported on two shafts of said shaft, and can be shifted by means of corresponding shifting clutches, said shifting clutches being at least partly combined into a shifting clutch group; a housing, in which a shaft and a wheel set are accommodated; and a shaft for supporting the shaft on the housing A mounting device on the body, which is designed such that a first variant and a second variant of a motor vehicle transmission can also be formed by means of the bearing device, wherein the motor veh...
