Abstract

The invention provides a method and system for external defibrillation based on chest impedance detection. During a charging process, a thoracic impedance signal is obtained through a defibrillation electrode, the thoracic impedance signal is digitally collected and then is processed, a first charging voltage and a first output pulse width required in completing defibrillation are calculated, thecharging voltage is monitored by using a voltage monitoring circuit, and the charging is stopped after reaching a first charging voltage value. During a discharging process, the pulse width of an output waveform is adjusted by controlling a discharging time, and the discharging is stopped after reaching a pulse width preset value. Through the precise control of the charging voltage and the discharge pulse width, the relative constancy of output current and output energy is achieved, excessively low or high output current and energy are avoided, and thus the defibrillation measurement of different patients is accurately controlled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of external defibrillation, in particular to a method and system for external defibrillation based on chest impedance detection. Background technique [0002] Arrhythmia refers to an abnormality in the origin of heart rhythm, heart rate and rhythm, or impulse conduction. Using a strong pulse of electrical current through the heart to correct an arrhythmia is called defibrillation. An external defibrillator is a device used to defibrillate the heart by electric shock. It is mainly composed of a defibrillation charging / discharging circuit, an ECG signal amplification / display circuit, a control circuit, a power supply, and two defibrillation electrodes. The defibrillation electrodes include the sternum electrode and the apex electrode, which are used to detect the patient's ECG signal and deliver high-voltage current to the patient. The principle of charge / discharge circuit is as figure 1 mentioned. In the ...
