Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, the identification of text graphics or version marks on the product casings of many electronics factories generally uses manual visual inspection, resulting in high labor intensity for employees, a relatively high proportion of misjudgments, and the consistency of the detected products is not high, low efficiency, and unsatisfactory. Suitable for mass production stage requirements
Manual visual inspection cannot accurately judge products with small errors, such as: the size of text and graphics, the color depth of text and graphics, etc.
Manual visual inspection The operator has a fixed sitting posture, and long-term work is prone to occupational diseases such as myopia and cervical spondylosis
[0003] With the rise of labor costs and the increase of personnel mobility, the cost of training for enterprises has doubled

Abstract

The invention relates detection equipment used for a product shell character graph and version identification, and a detection method. The shell of a detected electronic product is fixed on a jig; characters or graphs formed by the irradiation of the light sources of a first LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamp and a second LED lamp on the surface of the shell of the detected product are independentlyregulated to enable the imaging intensities of illumination of the characters or the graphs in three USB (Universal Serial Bus) high-definition electron microscopes to be optimal; the positions of thethree USB high-definition electron microscopes are regulated to achieve an equipment testing requirement; in a vision detection system, the model catalogue of the detected product is established andstored; and a start button is pressed down, the vision detection system photographs the characters or the graphs on the surface of the shell of the product which needs to be detected through the threeUSB high-definition electron microscopes, the characters or the graphs are compared with a stored reference character or image, if a similarity between the characters or the graphs and the stored reference character or image is greater than or equal to a set value, the product is judged to be qualified, and if the similarity between the characters or the graphs and the stored reference characteror image is smaller than the set value, the product is judged to be unqualified. By use of the method, whether different font graphs and versions are mixed or not can be automatically judged, and theintegral lack situation of font graphs is also automatically judged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection device and a detection method for text graphics and version identification of product shells, which are used to detect whether different text graphics or version marks marked on electronic product shells are mixed and the overall absence of fonts or graphics. Background technique [0002] At present, the identification of text, graphics or version marks on the product shell of many electronic factories is mainly based on manual visual inspection, resulting in high labor intensity for employees, high proportion of misjudgment, and inconsistency of detected products. It is suitable for the requirements of mass production stage. Manual visual inspection cannot accurately judge products with small errors, such as the size of text and graphics, the depth of text and graphics, and so on. Manual visual inspection operators have a fixed sitting posture, and long-term work is prone to occupational diseases such as myopia an...
