Abstract

The invention discloses a multiple liquid chip for detecting a tuberculosis antibody. The chip comprises antigen coupled coded microspheres and a biotinylated antibody, wherein the ntigen coupled coded microspheres are obtained by coupling LAM, CFP-10, EAST-6, 16KD, 38KD, 65KD and a TBLG antigen, CFP10-EAST6 and 38KD-16KD fusion protein, chicken IgG, Biotin-BSA, BSA and SA-PE to different coded fluorescent microspheres separately; the biotinylated antibody is obtained by marking rabbit-anti-chicken IGg and goat-anti-human IgG with carboxyl active biotin. A 65KD, CFP10-EAST6 and 38KD-16KD multiple detection system is established. The result shows that the multiple system can differentiate and make a definite diagnosis on patients with tuberculosis and patients without tuberculosis (P is smaller than 0.05) effectively, the positive rate is 88.73% which is obviously higher than the detection results of four kits: T-SPOT, TB-DOT, TB-CHECK-1 and Syptak (51.2%, 50.2%, 39.4% and 65.7%).
