The bottom of the inner wall of the housing is rotatably connected with a driving wheel positioned at the right side of the driven wheel. The surface of the driving wheel is moveably connected with a conveying belt. The driven wheel is in the transmission connection with the driving wheel through the conveying belt. The surfaces of the driven wheel and the driving wheel are fixedly connected with a rotation shaft. The top, corresponding to a position of the chip feeding box, of the inner wall of the housing is fixedly connected with an infrared transmitter. The top, corresponding to a position of the infrared transmitter, of the inner wall of the housing is fixedly connected with an infrared receiver.
