The interface unit is made to generate high-low conversion becauseof output of the triode type oscillation unit, two triodes of the constant current charging unit are controlled, so a pulse charging stop mode is realized, when a cell is fully charged, the ending sampling unit instantly samples, an ending control unit starts, when the constant current charging unit is closed, an ending prompting unit starts, and light indicating and sound prompting are emitted. After the constant current charging unit is closed, the needed maintaining trickle current is provided by the trickle resistor to the charged cell, the triode type oscillation unit line is easy to realize oscillation, the oscillation process is stable, and thereby requirements of the whole line can be satisfied.
