Abstract

The invention discloses a low-cost ring oscillator for an NB-IoT. The ring oscillator is built by only using inverters which including four A inverters and four B inverters, wherein the four A inverters are connected end to end; after being built, the ring oscillator is powered on to form a stable structure; and meanwhile, the B inverters are added between an N1 node and an N3 node, or between anN2 node and an N4 node, to repel from a balanced state. The low-cost ring oscillator provided by the invention utilizes the advantages of the ring oscillator and improves the part of defects of the same, and is implemented by using two kinds of inverters, so that the circuit complexity and the layout size area are improved.
