Abstract

The invention relates to microbial bacterial fertilizer for promoting soybean rooting and a preparation method of the microbial bacterial fertilizer. The microbial bacterial fertilizer is prepared from one or more of agrobacterium rhizogenes A4, R1205, R1000, R1601, R1022 and 15834 as main raw materials. Agrobacterium rhizogenes has the function of promoting rooting and growth of plants and has animportant influence on promoting growth and development of the plants. Therefore, the microbial bacterial fertilizer is prepared from an agrobacterium rhizogenes solution with OD value being 0.4-0.6,organic matter composition and common loam and applied to soybean seedlings in the compound leaf stage with 2-3 leaves, nutrients required by growth of soybeans are met, drought resistance and disease resistance are improved, growth of soybean roots can be stimulated, the absorption area of roots is increased, the rooting capacity of the soybeans is enhanced, nutrient efficiency of the soybeans is improved, growth and development of the soybeans are promoted, the problems of low quality and low yield in soybean production are solved, potential economic benefits of the soybeans is increased, and agricultural production is facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of microbial fertilizer for promoting soybean rooting, which belongs to the field of agricultural technology. Background technique [0002] Soybean (Glycine max (Linn.) Merr.) commonly known as soybean, leguminous soybean is an annual plant, is one of the most important food crops, can be used for soybean food processing mainly soybean products, soybean pressing and refining soybean oil (edible oil processing), soybean biochemical extraction. When the plant grows, due to the underdeveloped root system, it is easy to show that the true leaves turn yellow, and in severe cases, they turn yellow from bottom to top until the new leaves on the top. On the compound leaves, there are parallel continuous or discontinuous iron-colored plaques along the veins, and the chlorosis spreads from the tip to the base, and even the whole leaf is light yellow, and the veins are also chlorotic. The leaves are small and thin, ...
