Embodiment Construction

[0023] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and technical solutions.

[0024] Such as Figure 1a with Figure 1b As shown, a blasting-based overall dismantling device for offshore monopile wind turbines, including a main dismantling device and an auxiliary dismantling device;

[0025] The main dismantling device includes a buoyancy device 1 and a fastening device 2, which need to be fixed with the fan. The buoyancy device 1 is an air-filled or lightweight material with a density lower than that of seawater. The fastening device 2 fixes the buoyancy device 1 around the structure to ensure that the buoyancy device 1 will not disintegrate and provides buoyancy to keep the wind turbine in balance when it is towed horizontally in the sea. The fastening device 2 should ensure that the fastening effect on the buoyancy device 1 will not be weakened after the explosion occurs.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of offshore wind power, and relates to an overall disassembly device and method of an offshore single-pile fan based on blasting. A buoyancy device is fixed on a fan structure through a fastening device; after a tower of the single-pile fan is blasted, a tug reaches an appointed connecting point; and a cable of the tug is connected with a connector on adisassembly device to drag the fan structure to a port and to lift ashore for disassembly. The device has the characteristics of quick traction ashore of the whole machine, implementation of the disassembly work on the land to the greatest extent and shortening of the offshore operation time. The device needs no such high-operating cost mated ships as lifting installation ships, only needs relatively cheaper tugs, and has the advantages of high operation efficiency and low cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of offshore wind power, and relates to an overall dismantling device and method for an offshore single-pile wind turbine based on blasting. technical background [0002] Because offshore wind turbines have many advantages such as not occupying land resources, higher wind speed, and higher annual utilization hours, they have attracted widespread attention from all over the world. With the rapid development of offshore wind turbines in the past 20 years. Already the first offshore wind turbines have reached the end of their service life and need to be decommissioned. But wind turbine decommissioning is always a problem. On the one hand, the recycling of decommissioned units is an issue worth considering. On the other hand, the high dismantling cost of wind turbines restricts the vision of further reducing the price of offshore wind power. For considerations such as safety in production, it is necessary to d...
