A processing anode and a processing cathode which are used for electrolytic machining for the parts in the inner chamber of the shell body are arranged on the shell body. A stray corrosion inhibiting unit is arranged on at least one position, in the type hole inlet of a part special-shaped hole, the type hole outlet of the part special-shaped hole and the nonworking side wall of the part, of the shell body, and is used for combing a stray electric field through a low-voltage controllable electric field so as to inhibit stray corrosion in the part electrolytic-machining process.
