Abstract

The invention discloses a linear vibrating motor. The motor comprises a shell, a stator component accommodated in the shell, a vibration component and elastic support components. The vibration component comprises a mass block. The two elastic support components are fixedly arranged between two ends of the mass block and the shell along a vibration direction of a vibrator component. The elastic support components comprise two C-shaped elastic sheets whose openings face towards a same direction. Each C-shaped elastic sheet comprises an elastic portion, a connection portion and a fixation portion, wherein one end portion of the elastic portion is extended along the vibration direction of the vibrator component so as to form the connection portion; and the other end portion of the elastic portion is extended along the vibration direction of the vibrator component so as to form the fixation portion. The connection portions of the two C-shaped elastic sheets are combined and fixed through one connection arm. In the motor structure, the structures of the elastic support components are designed reasonably, an elastic force arm is effectively lengthened, deformation of the elastic portionsin the elastic support components and integral stresses of the elastic support components are reduced, the vibrator component is not easy to generate polarization during a vibration process, and reliability of a motor product is integrally increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electronic products. More specifically, it relates to a linear vibration motor. Background technique [0002] A micro linear vibration motor usually includes a vibration assembly and a stator assembly. The vibration assembly is composed of a mass block, a permanent magnet, and a shrapnel. The stator assembly is composed of an FPCB, a damper, a limit block, and a coil. [0003] At present, most micro linear motors usually achieve reciprocating regular vibration through vibration components. Shrapnel is the most common vibration component. Usually, one end of the shrapnel is welded to the motor casing, and the other end is welded to the mass block. C-type shrapnel is more common in X-direction vibration motors. Ordinary C-type shrapnel has limited effective arm length and high stress. Especially, C-type shrapnel in X-direction narrow-body motors may not be applicable due to the short arm and high stress. ...
