Abstract

The invention discloses an anode anti-falling-off device. The anode anti-falling-off device is used for preventing a small box clamp arranged on an anode guide rod and a bracket from falling off in the twisting and pulling operation process. The anode anti-falling-off device comprises a mounting bracket, a twisting head, a guiding roller, clamping plates and an anti-falling-off mechanism, whereinthe twisting head is arranged at the inner side of the mounting bracket; the guiding roller is arranged inside the mounting bracket and used for moving on the anode guiding rod; and the clamping plates are arranged at the two sides of the mounting bracket. The anti-falling-off mechanism is in a J shape and comprises a bent portion, a linear portion and a protruding portion. The linear portion is located between the bent portion and the protruding portion. One end of the bent portion is movably connected with the mounting bracket through a pin shaft. Each clamping plate comprises a groove formed in the end. The clamping plates are horizontally arranged in the movement direction of the anode anti-falling-off device. One end of each clamping plate is fixedly connected with the mounting bracket, and the groove in the other end of each clamping plate and the protruding portion of the anti-falling-off mechanism form a cavity in the closed state for locating and clamping. According to the anode anti-falling-off device, opening and closing movement is conducted on the anti-falling-off device through the bracket; the small box clamp on the anode guiding rod is prevented from falling off; and the protection effect is achieved.
