Abstract

The invention discloses a separation device for various raw materials of ceramics. The separation device comprises a barrel body, a material inlet, a driving device, screen nets and material outlets,wherein the material inlet is arranged in the upper end of the barrel body; the material inlet extends into the barrel body through a material inlet pipe; a material baffle plate is arranged on the bottom end of the material inlet pipe; the barrel body is obliquely arranged; the bottom end of the barrel body is rotatably connected with the driving device through a rotary shaft; a plurality of screen nets are arranged in the barrel body and are vertically connected into the barrel body; the screening meshes of the screen nets are sequentially increased from top down; the material outlets are arranged in the bottom side of the barrel body; and a rough material outlet is arranged in the barrel body on the lower side of the bottommost material outlet. The separation device is reasonable in design and simple in structure; the screen nets with different screening meshes are arranged in the barrel body, so that the various raw materials of the ceramics are separated; and the screening efficiency is high, the screening amount is large, so that requirement of large-scale production is met.
