Problems solved by technology

[0006] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, and to provide a method for the continuous grafting of tomatoes for the restoration of cadmium pollution in its offspring, in order to realize the safe and high-quality production of tomatoes, and alleviate the large amount of heavy metal cadmium in tomatoes under the existing soil environment. Accumulation phenomenon is a good solution to the food safety hazards caused by the severe excess of cadmium content in tomato cultivation today

Abstract

The invention provides a continuously tomato-grafting method for offspring cadmium pollution remediation, and belongs to the technical field of heavy metal pollution remediation of plants. The methodincludes the following steps that (1) tree tomato seedlings are selected as stocks, and tomato seedlings are selected as scions for first grafting to obtain first-grafted offsprings of tomatoes; (2) after the first-grafted tomatoes grow for one month, tender shoots on the top are secondly-grafted to other tree tomatoes as the scions, and secondly-grafted offsprings of the tomatoes are obtained; and (3) after one month growth of the secondly-grafted tomatoes, the tender shoots are thirdly-grafted to other tree tomatoes as the scions to obtain thirdly-grafted offsprings of the tomatoes. The cadmium content of the continuously grafted offsprings of the tomatoes treated in accordance with the above-mentioned method is significantly reduced compared with the ungrafted tomatoes, and the biomassof the continuously grafted offsprings of the tomatoes is significantly increased; and the method can be well used for the remediation of the cadmium pollution of the tomatoes and can achieve safe andhigh quality production of the tomato offsprings.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of remediation of heavy metal pollution by offspring of plants, and in particular relates to a method for continuous grafting of tomatoes for remediation of cadmium pollution by its offspring. Background technique [0002] Cadmium is a biologically toxic heavy metal element that migrates extremely actively in environmental systems and has been listed as one of the priority pollutants by the United Nations Environment Programme, the World Health Organization and the American Council of Agriculture. With the development of society and economy, the area of heavy metal pollution in farmland soil has been expanding, and the pollution degree has also been increasing. The problem of heavy metal pollution in agricultural products has become the focus of people's increasing attention. Excessive Cd will affect the growth of crops, and eventually enter the human body through the food chain, endangering human health. ...
