Abstract
The invention provides a continuously tomato-grafting method for offspring cadmium pollution remediation, and belongs to the technical field of heavy metal pollution remediation of plants. The methodincludes the following steps that (1) tree tomato seedlings are selected as stocks, and tomato seedlings are selected as scions for first grafting to obtain first-grafted offsprings of tomatoes; (2) after the first-grafted tomatoes grow for one month, tender shoots on the top are secondly-grafted to other tree tomatoes as the scions, and secondly-grafted offsprings of the tomatoes are obtained; and (3) after one month growth of the secondly-grafted tomatoes, the tender shoots are thirdly-grafted to other tree tomatoes as the scions to obtain thirdly-grafted offsprings of the tomatoes. The cadmium content of the continuously grafted offsprings of the tomatoes treated in accordance with the above-mentioned method is significantly reduced compared with the ungrafted tomatoes, and the biomassof the continuously grafted offsprings of the tomatoes is significantly increased; and the method can be well used for the remediation of the cadmium pollution of the tomatoes and can achieve safe andhigh quality production of the tomato offsprings.
