Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for generating an infrared scene image with a dynamic distortion effect in real time. The method comprises the steps of calculating by adopting a ray tracing method and a physical optics method to obtain turbulent transmission effect data, and storing the turbulent transmission effect data into a cache of a video card CUDA; modeling infrared scene elements and infrared scene radiation characteristics; performing real-time dynamic calculation on the infrared scene radiation characteristics, building mapping between the infrared scene radiation characteristics and grayscales, and drawing a dynamic infrared grayscale image, and rendering the dynamic infrared grayscale image into image grayscale matrix data in an image frame cache of the video card;and generating an infrared scene image with a dynamic distortion effect in real time by using a parallel computation ability of the video card CUDA according to the turbulent transmission effect dataand the image grayscale matrix data. According to the invention, real-time generation of an infrared scene image with a complex dynamic distortion effect can be realized, and a support can be providedfor dynamic testing of an infrared sensor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of simulation. More specifically, it relates to a method and system for real-time generation of infrared scene images with dynamic distortion effects. Background technique [0002] Infrared imaging sensors working in turbulent atmospheric environments face complex transmission interference, which brings great difficulties to image recognition. How to simulate the dynamic distortion effect image caused by the interference environment is a key technology for evaluating the performance of infrared imaging sensors. Since the state of atmospheric turbulence changes rapidly and the calculation is very complex, the real-time performance of the simulation of image distortion effects cannot be guaranteed simply by relying solely on the commonly used dynamic optical scene image generation method based on the graphic calculation engine of the graphics card. The current distortion effect image simulation usually analy...
