The non-ionic water consumption per ton of zirconium carbonate products is reduced to 6.8 tons or less, 89.8% or more of anhydrous sodium sulfate is saved, 32.8% or more of sodium carbonate is saved, and the consumption of the product raw materials is totally reduced by about 342 yuan / ton. Most of the zirconium carbonate washing water and filtered mother liquor discharged by the zirconium carbonate product device are recycled.
