The method comprises: washing a semi-finished product lens being subjected to acid washing by using clearwater, drying or carrying out air drying so as to be spare, adhering a protection film for protecting a mirror surface from being scratched to the mirror surface side of the semi-finished product lens, adhering a layer of a process film to the back surface side of the semi-finished product lens, engraving the semi-finished product lens by using a vertical engraving machine to obtain a sand line with a width of 2 mm at the edge of the lens being subjected to acid washing, frosting the sand line, removing the protection film from the mirror surface and the process film from the back surface after the frosting, washing the obtained semi-finished product lens, and adhering a layer of a protection film to the mirror surface of the lens so as to obtain the anticorrosion enhanced lens. Accordingto the present invention, the edge of the lens is subjected to the sand line treatment, such that the oxidation reaction rate of the plating layer on the lens under the action of the electrolyte is effectively reduced so as to retard the corrosion on the edge of the lens and substantially improve the service life of the lens.
