Problems solved by technology

[0007] 3. Unable to dig out the internal relationship of factors
[0008] The evaluation factors in the drought-to-water potential evaluation system are highly independent. In fact, there is a strong correlation between the factors. The traditional method cannot find the internal relationship between the factors in the transformation priority area.

Abstract

The invention provides a dryland-to-paddy priority zone selection method. The method determines zoning indexes based on the evaluation of land suitability, acquires zoning units and attribute data byusing ARGGIS, and standardizes original data, such that the method is free from subjective influence of men. The method uses a WEKA data mining platform, analyzes and divides a plurality of reconstruction regions by using the SimpleKMeans spatial clustering algorithm, and can effectively couples spatial relationship. The method mines the strongest association between reconstruction zoning factorsby using the Apriori association rules, makes decisions on which type of clustering zones are dryland-to-paddy priority zones based on the strongest association, effectively couples the association among zoning factors, and has excellent practicality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of land use research, in particular to a first-go selection method for changing drought to water use. Background technique [0002] At present, there are few domestic researches on land-to-water transformation, and related research mainly focuses on the traditional "dry-water to water" potential evaluation method. Existing studies on the evaluation method of drought-to-water potential are too qualitative and subjective, lacking a scientific and quantitative method. The main disadvantages are as follows: [0003] 1. Using the Delphi method for expert scoring is highly uncertain [0004] First of all, it is easy to ignore the creative foresight that is not understood by others at the beginning when using the Delphi method to make predictions. Especially when the truth is in the hands of a few people, the prediction results obtained often fail. Secondly, forecasting using the Delphi method often takes a long time. F...
