Embodiment Construction

[0010] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.

[0011] The raw materials for the test are fresh, dry, non-mildew wood chips, bagasse, corncobs, bran, corn flour, soybean meal, lime, light calcium, fresh grass of Pennisetum.

[0012] The cultivation material formula commonly used in production is selected as the control of each treatment in this experiment. Based on the formula of the control group, the different ratios of Pennisetum fresh grass replacing bagasse (replacing bagasse 0, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) were adjusted to design the experimental formula treatment. The design test formula is shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a cultivation medium for increasing polysaccharide content of pleurotus eryngii. The cultivation medium is characterized by being prepared from, by mass, 13% of bagasse, 6.5%-19.5% of fresh pennisetum, 22.2% of fresh, dried and mildew-free wood dust, 6.5%-19.5% of corncobs, 18% of bran, 8.8% of corn flour, 9% of bean pulp, 1.8% of light calcium carbonate and 1.2% of lime, wherein the total weight percent of the raw materials is 100%, and a pH value is adjusted to 9-11. A fresh pennisetum preparation method includes that pennisetum growing for 200 days is selected, ground by an 8-mesh grinder and controlled to be 77wt% in moisture content. By reasonable compatibility of the raw materials in the cultivation medium, pleurotus eryngii yield and polysaccharide content are increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agricultural resource utilization, and relates to an edible fungus cultivation substrate and a method, in particular to a cultivation substrate for increasing the polysaccharide content of Pleurotus eryngii. Background technique [0002] Edible mushroom polysaccharides ("BRM") are known as "biological response modifiers". Although their content is only 0.48-0.87%, they have biologically active functions and can be used as immune enhancers and immune stimulators. Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide is the main active substance in Pleurotus eryngii. It has antioxidant activity, can improve the scavenging ability of free radicals in the human body, and can also inhibit plant pathogenic bacteria and food harmful bacteria. In addition, Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide also has Antiviral, antitumor and immune function. [0003] At present, the production of Pleurotus eryngii is cultivated in bags, and the nutrients require...
