A spray boom to be tested is mounted on the six-degree-of-freedom vibration platform; the six-degree-of-freedom vibration platform is connected with the control computer, can generate corresponding vibration according to a control signal output by the computer and transmits the vibration to the spray boom to be tested; and the binocular image acquisition device comprises a synchronous controller and two image acquisition devices arranged in a co-vertical-line manner. The two image acquisition devices are connected with the synchronouscontroller, and are used for collecting images synchronously according to the control signal; and the synchronous controller is connected with the control computer. The test system and method can quickly and accurately test dynamic characteristics of the sprayer spray boom when the sprayer spray boom works in different fields, have the advantages of non-contact operation, high safety and high true reduction degree, and are suitable for being applied widely.
