Thedevice comprises a self-controlled rainwater filtering device, a self-service car washing device and an automatic rainwater supplementing device based on water level control, and the self-controlled rainwater filtering device senses the rainfall condition through a rainfall sensor, automatically turns on a filter to achieve rainwater purification during rainfall and automatically conducts back washing on the filter after rainfall is ended; a large-volume underground rainwater collection pool is adopted for collection rainwater, a light and small-volume water storage bucket is adopted for providing water for washing a car, and a liquid level relay is used for automatically controlling water supplying from the rainwater collection pool to the water storage bucket. The rainwater collection and car washing device can achieve automatic purification of the rainwater and automatically supplementing of the water for washing the car, can effectively achieve recovery and utilization of urban rainwater and can remarkably facilitate self-service car washing management of urban residents.
