Firstly, principal component analysis of multi-dimensional attribute information of the online service credit is carried out; the attribute dimension which affects the dynamic change of the online service credit is selected; and the evaluation data of online service attributes is screened with consideration of time factors; secondly, a service credit labeling criterion is established, and then an initial sample is labeled and a support vector machine classification model is trained; a training sample is obtained through a self-learning method of distance correlation; a training sample set and a SVM classification model are updated; and finally, the finally updated SVM classification model is used to determine the credit labels of the online service to realize service credit measurement. According to the invention, through taking regard of the multiple dimensions and time factors of the credit attributes, the service credit is made to change with new transaction.
