Abstract

The invention discloses a noise reduction method of a CT system. The CT system comprises a rack, wherein the rack comprises a rotor which can be rotated around an axis as well as a heat dissipation fan used for heat dissipation in the rack. The method comprises the steps that a rotation speed of the rotor is determined and controlled; and during CT, the rotation speed of the heat dissipation fan is adjusted, so noise caused by the heat dissipation fan and noise caused by the rotor can overlay each other to form integral noise which can be controlled in a certain scope. The method disclosed bythe invention is characterized in that the rotation speed of the heat dissipation fan is determined according to the rotation speed of the rotor or the noise inside the rack; when the rotation speed of the rotor is high, the rotation speed of the heat dissipation fan is reduced; when the rotation speed of the rotor is reduced, the rotation speed of the heat dissipation fan is increased; hence, thenoise caused by the rotor and the noise caused by the heat dissipation fan can compensate each other; and maximum noise of the CT system during a whole scanning course can be reduced effectively, andcomfort of a testee can be enhanced.
