The method comprises the following steps: determining an edge pixel region of an effective pixel array; determining atransversal compensation value and a longitudinal compensation value of the edge pixel region; respectively determining a first compensation value at a corner part and a second compensation value at anon-corner part of the edge pixel region; performing compensation on an output value of the pixel in the edge pixel region according to the first compensation value and the second compensation value;taking the weight by the transversal compensation value and the longitudinal compensation value to obtain the first compensation value at the corner part by using a curve compensation algorithm at the corner part of the edge pixel region; performing the compensation on an output value of the pixel in the edge pixel region according to the first compensation value so as to compensate the dark current at the corner part. The edge transition phenomenon is eliminated, the cross stripes and the vertical stripes of an image are eliminated, the color cast problem around the image is solved, the display effect of the image is improved, and the sensor quality is improved.
