The small ship-borne unmanned helicopter landing assisting and mooring device achieves efficient landing assisting and mooring of an unmanned helicopter by matching of the electric permanent magnetic chuck, the mechanical clamping device and the photoelectric sensor. When the unmanned helicopter enters the detection range of the photoelectric sensor, the photoelectric sensor is triggered, and the electric permanent magnetic chuck is filled with magnetism.
