Abstract

The dihydromyricetin in the invention has obvious effects of resisting aging and prolonging the life-span of drosophila; compared with a control group, the dihydromyricetin can prolong the half life-span of drosophila by 14.29% and the maximum life-span of drosophila by 10.58%; the mechanism research indicates that the dihydromyricetin can reduce a horizontal activated AMPK signal channel of ATP inside cells, so that the autophagy related gene expression level is improved, the quantity of autophagic vacuoles inside the cells is increased, the senescence is delayed, and the life span is prolonged. Experimental results indicate that the dihydromyricetin has an anti-aging effect.
