The method is characterized by comprising the steps of root irrigation, leaf spraying and stem smearing. The carya illinoensis is subjected to root irrigation operation by using an aqueous solution of paclobutrazol, and a microbial fertilizer is mixed with water and then is irrigated to roots of the carya illinoensis; the carya illinoensis is subjected to leaf spraying by using a growth regulator, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and a nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compounded fertilizer are sprayed, domestic animal manure is applied as a basal fertilizer, and a controlled-release fertilizer is sprayed to leaves of the carya illinoensis monthly; stems of the carya illinoensis are smeared with a kinetin solution once monthly so as to promote the coarse growth of nursery-grown plants; a fruit tree special fertilizer is applied in a fruit swelling stage, urea is sprayed at a primary stage and later stage of growth, and fertilizer application is carried out on fruiting trees 2 to 3 times every year; and overwintering water and germination water are sufficiently irrigated in winter, timely drainage and waterlogging control are required in a raining period, more water is saved by adopting a bottom infiltrating irrigation technology compared with upside sprinkling irrigation, and the utilization efficiency of moisture is increased.
