Problems solved by technology

However, in the actual monitoring environment, due to the harsh working environment or some problems of the sensor itself (such as low battery), the signal collected by the sensor is inaccurate, which will affect the shutdown judgment of the equipment.
Today's mainstream equipment shutdown judgment method is mainly to simply use the average vibration value of all measuring points or select the vibration data of a single measuring point. Compared with the set shutdown threshold, the status of the sensor is basically not considered, which is prone to misjudgment
Moreover, the standard for judging the equipment as shutting down is low, and it is easy to judge the booting state as shutting down

Abstract

The invention discloses a device halt state judgment method and a computing device. The method is suitably executed in the computing device; multiple key parts of the device serve as measurement points and all are equipped with sensors for collecting signal values of the measurement points in a current state; and each measurement point has a corresponding halt threshold. The method comprises the steps of obtaining running index parameters of the sensors at the measurement points; according to the running index parameters, judging whether the corresponding sensors run normally or not; selecting out a first quantity of the measurement points from the measurement points corresponding to all the sensors running normally to form a to-be-processed measurement point set; comparing the signal values of the measurement points in the to-be-processed measurement point set with the halt thresholds of the measurement points; performing statistics on a quantity of the measurement points with the signal values smaller than the halt thresholds to serve as a second quantity; and if the second quantity is equal to the first quantity, judging that the device is in a halt state.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of equipment monitoring and sensor technology, in particular to a method for judging the shutdown state of equipment and a computing device. Background technique [0002] In the field of equipment condition monitoring, in principle, equipment failures will only occur during equipment operation. If the unit is in a shutdown state, the unit will not generate new failures, or the existing failures will not deteriorate further. Considering the limited storage space , and the collection and storage of downtime data requires storage, so the downtime data does not need to be monitored. [0003] Furthermore, since the diagnostic engineer conducts remote monitoring of the equipment through vibration data analysis, he does not know much about the situation on site, especially the maintenance and inspection actions on site. Mastering equipment maintenance information is very important for the remote engineer to verify the fault ...
