Optimal allocation method of basin water resources based on multi-objective chaotic genetic algorithm
A technology of optimal configuration and chaotic inheritance, which is applied in the field of optimal configuration of water resources, can solve the problems of ergodic large number of iterations, long program running time, and the iterative efficiency needs to be improved, so as to achieve the effect of improving efficiency.

[0095] Taking the multi-objective optimal allocation of water resources in the Jushui Basin of Hubei Province as an example, the effectiveness and rationality of the invented method are illustrated. The Jushui River Basin is a tributary of the Yangtze River, with a total length of 170.4km and a drainage area of 4367.6km 2 . There are 293 large, medium and small reservoirs in the Jushui Basin, with a total storage capacity of 1.525 billion m 3 , the effective storage capacity is 864 million m 3 , including ponds and weirs, the water supply accounts for 74.2% of the total water supply from storage, diversion and provision. In this study, the Jushui River Basin was generalized into 9 water receiving areas (see Figure 4 ), and the generalized network diagram of the water resources system in the corresponding watershed (see Figure 5 ). According to the situation of the water source supply area in the Jushui Basin, there is no cross-basin water source in this area. The publ...
