The method comprises: a parameter of a circuit component in a circuit breaker circuit is determined; an alternating-current equivalent circuit and a direct-current equivalent circuit after capacitive load breaking of the circuit breaker are established; a transient recovery voltage after superimposition of the alternating current and direct current is obtained; according to the superimposed transient recovery voltage, a voltage peak value of a breaking fracture of the circuit breaker and a compensation voltage of a voltage divider are obtained; and a non-uniform coefficient of the breaking fracture of the circuit breaker is determined according to the voltage peak value o and a measurement result of the voltage divider is corrected based on the compensation voltage. With the method disclosed by the invention, under the influence of the parameter of the circuit component in the circuit breaker circuit, the dynamic change of the non-uniform coefficient of the circuit breaker is determined accurately and effectively; and the measurement result of the voltage divider is corrected, so that a transient voltage distribution situation meeting the actual working condition better in engineering is obtained.
