In addition, according to the method, signal light configuration and real-time state data are collected; the collected data are uploaded to the cloud server in real time and the corresponding data are stored in a database; on the basis of signal light data stored in the database, the cloud server generates signal light state data and green-wave vehicle speed guidance service data based on a client request and sends the data to the client; and the client receives the data and then displays the data for a user by an intelligent mobile terminal.
