Problems solved by technology

When the terminal is charging or supplying power to the peripheral, when the peripheral is pulled out, if the voltage on the peripheral interface of the terminal is turned off later than the action of pulling out the peripheral, the pins of the peripheral interface may be disconnected from the terminal. Other pins on the mainboard are short-circuited, causing the temperature of the mainboard to rise instantaneously. When the temperature is too high, it may cause damage to the components on the mainboard.

Abstract

An embodiment of the invention provides a protective circuit, a mainboard protecting method and a terminal, wherein the protective circuit, the mainboard protecting method and the terminal relate to the field of circuit and can prevent damage of devices on the mainboard caused by a high-temperature state of the mainboard. The protective circuit comprises a thermistor, a first pull-up resistor, a voltage comparing unit and a power supply unit. One end of the first pull-up resistor is electrically connected with the thermistor, and the other end is electrically connected with first voltage. One end of the thermistor is electrically connected with the first pull-up resitor and the voltage comparing unit, and the other end is grounded. The first input end of the voltage comparing unit is electrically connected with the thermistor, the second output end is electrically connected with reference voltage, and the output end is electrically connected with the control end of the power supply unit. The voltage comparing unit is used for comparing the voltage of the first input end with the voltage of the second input end, and transmits a control signal to the power supply unit according to a comparing result for switching on or switching off a power supply circuit of the power supply unit to the mainboard. The protective circuit is applied in a terminal.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of circuits, in particular to a protection circuit, a mainboard protection method and a terminal. Background technique [0002] At present, many terminals can be connected to peripheral devices through peripheral interfaces, and can supply power or charge the peripheral devices. When the terminal is charging or supplying power to the peripheral, when the peripheral is pulled out, if the voltage on the peripheral interface of the terminal is turned off later than the action of pulling out the peripheral, the pins of the peripheral interface may be disconnected from the terminal. Other pins on the motherboard are short-circuited, causing the temperature of the motherboard to rise instantaneously. When the temperature is too high, it may cause damage to the components on the motherboard. Contents of the invention [0003] Embodiments of the present invention provide a protection circuit, a mainboard protection method ...
