The film thickness measurement auxiliary positioning method comprises the following steps: engraving and printing a slope-shaped mark on a casting piece which is cooled and moulded after being extruded by an extruding machine by using an engraving and printing unit in an executing mechanism; after an acquisition module acquires thin film profile thickness curve data from a thickness measurement instrument, processing the thin film profile thickness curve data by an analyzing and processing module, and realizing start synchronization with scanning of the thickness measurement instrument; later, transmitting command information to an intensity adjusting module and a focus adjusting module through the analyzing and processing module and to a driving module through a synchronizing module periodically, controlling the executing mechanism to act to perform auxiliary positioning engraving and printing, and engraving and printing a V-shaped or U-shaped gap mark at a preset position of the casting piece; positioning mould head bolts accurately by capturing extreme points of a thin film profile mark gap.
