According to the invention, the proposed strain clamp constructing method lets the outer layer aluminum wire of a conductive wire and the tube body be pressed and connected, and then, the inner layer wire core of the conductive wire and the second end of the anchor rod are pressed and connected. This means that the outer layer aluminum wire of the conductive wire and the inner layer wire core are pressed and connected, resulting in the effective holding of the conductive wire, connecting of the conductive wire with the strain string, and better transmitting force and electric charges.
