Embodiment 1

[0022] (1) In a 50mL reaction tube, ZrCl 4 (120.0 mg, 0.52 mmol), H 4 ETTC (60.0 mg, 0.072 mmol) and trifluoroacetic acid (0.8 mL) were sonicated in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF, 8.0 mL); the mixture was heated in an oven at 120 °C for 48 hours to give Zirconium-based MOF particles. The synthesized product was washed thoroughly with DMF (15 mL) and acetone (15 mL), respectively, and finally dried at 65 °C for 12 hours to obtain the final product.

[0023] (2) Perform XRD test and SEM morphology analysis on the prepared zirconium-based MOF samples, such as figure 1 with figure 2 shown. The obtained zirconium-based MOF crystal has a porous coordination network framework structure, which is composed of rectangular ETTC planar ligand-connected Zr-O clusters, and has two kinds of one-dimensional channels (hexagonal channels (diameter 4.3 nm) and triangular channels (diameter 1.5 nm)).

[0024] (3) Analyze the fluorescence properties of the prepared zirconium-based MOF. Zircon...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical sensing, and particularly relates to a new fluorescence detection method of tetracycline based on a zirconium-based MOF(Metal-Organic framework). By using the zirconium-based metal-organic framework (Zr-MOF) with good water and heat stability and excellent luminescent performance as a detection platform, selective adsorption enrichment and fluorescent response of the Zr-MOF on the tetracycline in a water body are utilized, so that high-sensitivity and high-selectivity detection on the tetracycline can be realized. Meanwhile, the detection method has a low detection limit. Compared with other detection methods of the tetracycline, the detection method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple and quick operation, no need of expensive and complicated instruments and equipment, and the like; therefore, the practicability is high, and the application range is wide. The fluorescent response of the zirconium-based MOF on the tetracycline is based on electron transfer between the zirconium-based MOF and the tetracycline, and fluorescence quenching on the zirconium-based MOF is caused by photoinduced electron transfer between the zirconium-based MOF and the tetracycline.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemical sensing, and in particular relates to a new tetracycline fluorescence detection method based on zirconium-based MOF. Background technique [0002] Tetracycline is a class of broad-spectrum antibiotics with good bactericidal effect. It is cheap and has been widely used in animal feed to prevent or treat infectious diseases. At present, the abuse of antibiotics in our country is very serious, which has caused great harm to the environment and people's health. Long-term consumption of foods containing antibiotics will cause bone deformities and growth inhibition, which will have adverse effects on the growth and development of teeth and bones in children and adolescents, reduce the body's resistance to pathogens, and cause liver and kidney damage, produce resistance genes, and clinical resistance The medicinal properties are getting higher and higher. Tetracycline antibiotic residues make the water environ...
