The method comprises the following steps: performing first protocol conversion on a to-be-answered command sent by a main device through a processing module corresponding to the main device; in the case that effective answer data corresponding to the to-be-answered command are not recorded, putting the to-be-answered command subjected to the first protocol conversion in a corresponding queue in M queues by a learning engine; sending commands to an intelligent device in sequence according to the priorities of the M queues by a first communication apparatus, and receiving the effective answer data sent by the intelligent device, wherein the effective answer data are obtained by the intelligent device according to the to-be-answered command; performing second protocol conversion on the effective answer data through the processing module; and sending the effective answer data subjected to the second protocol conversion to the main device through a second communication apparatus.
