Abstract

The fuel sensor comprises an end cover, a chip, an electrode assembly, two probe components and two seal components; the end cover comprises a mounting plate and a connecting end and a containing end which are arranged at the two ends of the mounting plate respectively, a mounting cavity is formed in the connecting end, and a containing cavity is formed in the containing end; the chip is installed in the containing cavity; the electrode assembly comprises two plate type electrodes which are arranged in a parallel and opposite mode, and the plate type electrodes are partially contained in the mounting cavity; the mounting plate is provided with at least two through holes communicated with the mounting cavity and the containing cavity, one end of each probe component is contained in the mounting cavity and connected to one plate type electrode, and the other end of each probe component penetrates through one through hole to be connected with the chip; a gap between each probe component and the hole wall of the corresponding through hole is filled with the corresponding seal component.
