A data input interface circuit acquires a radio program transport stream from a digital signal source, the radio program transport stream is demultiplexed to obtain designated forwarded program data streams, digital decompression is performed on the designated forwarded program data streams, then a digital frequency modulation circuit and an adder circuit modulate the several sets of program to one medium frequency band, medium frequency signals of the programs are migrated to an FM radio frequency band by one single sideband modulation circuit, the medium frequency signals are amplified by one power amplification circuit, then all programs can be sent out by one antenna, thereby realizing efficient FM radio program coverage.
